Hoshyla Farms is an absolute gem for anyone who loves lavender. Their lavender varieties, especially the Provence and Munstead, have become important staples in my kitchen routines. Their products deliver every single time - they are consistent in aroma, large flowering buds, color and taste. The flavor is really strong and has a potency that ensures a little goes a long way especially if you first grind up the buds. I'm certain their lavender could make anything taste better.
